PARKING: WHEN COMING TO THE STUDIO, PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO PARK AT CENTRAL PARKWAY MALL, ACROSS THE STREET. IF PARKING IN OUR PLAZA, DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE STORES.
Parivartan Mississauga has two studios. Studio 1 is our dedicated Infrared Hot Yoga Room and all classes in this room can reach up to 105 F. Please bring a mat, towel, water, and dress lightly.
Studio 2 is dedicated to our non-heated classes.
Mat Rentals - $1.00. To promote sanitation, we recommend that you bring your own yoga mat or rent our unique infrared bamboo mats. Mat cleaners are also provided.
Water and Vitamin Water are also available for purchase.
Studio Guidelines
- If you are late, please do not enter the class until the teacher lets you in after the opening relaxation is complete.
- Classes are on a first come, first serve basis. Our heated studio can accommodate 30 people and Studio 2 accomodates 15 people. To keep your practice enjoyable, we will not squeeze people beyond these numbers.
- Please remove your shoes at the door and hang up your jacket. Valuables can be taken into the room and hung on the hooks during class. Do not place belongings on the floor. There is a area near the studios to store gym bags or yoga mat bags.
- Do not bring any food into the studio. Water or juice is permitted to keep you hydrated during your practice.
- All cell phones are to be turned off during the practice.
- To respect those around you, please refrain from talking during the class. This can be distracting to the Instructor and your fellow students.
- Stay for savasana. This is the most important part of the practice. Savasana will help you keep energized for the rest of your day.
- SILENCE is necessary for meditation and centering while in the yoga rooms.
*** Please be mindful of your fellow yogis, and arrive on time for the classes. If you are late, the door may be locked or if the class is full, the Instructor may not allow you to enter.
